I've got to admit, I feel I'm the most inconsistent blogger of all time. If ever there was an award for that, a room full by now, I tell you. But enough about that.
How have you been? How's life treating you? How do you feel physically, mentally? Is there something you'd like to share, to talk about?

We often forget the importance of self-care, in regard to mental health. As much as we slap on that placid smile with the fake 'I'm fine,' as a response to the 'how are you doing?' question every so often, we need to take a moment, take a deep calming breath and truly ask ourselves if we're indeed fine.

The pandemic really changed a lot of things for everyone. I cannot even begin to comprehend the hassles piled on by the aftereffect of the extensive loss. How it's affected our families, our lives, our jobs and income has been devastating and talking about it helps. It's taken a toll on a lot of us and venting about it is an encouraged coping mechanism.
I would like to hear from you, to connect with you, and to remind you that you're never alone.
